Frankie Goes to Hollywood "Welcome to the Pleasuredome" tape cassette

$8.00

It’s hard to describe how massive this album was in 1984. Everyone knows “Relax” and, nowadays, the song is kind of a timeless, irresistible punchline. But, when it came out, people hadn’t heard House Music in their Pop Music. England went bonkers. America followed. And the first single was followed by two other big hits — “Two Tribes” and “The Power of Love.” Who knows what drugs Trevor Horn was on at the time, but this album is a great document of the weird and amazing places Pop music went to in the mid-80s. Cassette in excellent vintage condition.
