A lot of people made fun of Bono and U2 when this came out. They said it was the height of their arrogance — the black and white film and the posturing. But, let me just say — this album is incredible. It has live versions of “Pride” and “I Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For,” plus covers of “Helter Skelter” and “All Along the Watchtower.” Plus, “Desire,” “All I Want is You” and a weirdly awesome duet with B.B. King. I like U2 when they’re big and arrogant. That’s how I need them to be. Cassette in very good vintage condition.
