Wings’ second album made a lot of people mad — too sweet, too slight, too offhanded. Everybody expected “Abbey Road” each time out. But this is Paul, his wife and the core five of Wings working their way through things on their way to “Band on the Run.” “My Love” was the hit and the song that divided fans — they either loved the love or hated to the goop. But, as with all McCartney albums, there are genius melodies and sweetness throughout. Tape in very good vintage condition.
