The Beatles "Let It Be" cassette tape

$14.00

This is one of the early versions of the tape, likely from 1970, with paper case and plastic tray inset. Before the Peter Jackson doc came out, people used to suggest that this album was half baked. But now that everyone has seen Paul write “Get Back,” John write “Across the Universe” and George spread his wings with “I Me Mine,” the world is reconsidering. This is The Beatles trying to sound like The Band, but still sounding like themselves, just slightly older (John was the only thirty year old of the bunch). A great album and a more amazing document. And, oh by the way, it has the song “Let It Be.” Did I mention that? Cover in good vintage condition. Tape in very good vintage condition.
